+- Test & check for carbon monoxide leaks
- Clean burner assembly
- Replace thermocouple (if applicable)
- Check & test ignition assembly
- Check & clean blower motor & wheel
- Inspect filtration system
- Check and set gas pressure(s)
- Check for gas leaks
- Check motor capacitor(s)
- Lubricate moving parts as required
- Test and adjust safety controls
- Check electrical connections
- Test thermostat
- Check flue & fresh air
- Check air temperature rise
- Check combustion
- Inspect vent piping
- Clean condensate drain (if applicable)
- Inspect humidification system

+- Power clean condenser coil
- Inspect evaporator coil if accessible
- Check & clean condensate drain
- Check & clean blower motor
- Inspect filtration system
- Check for ductwork leaks and condition
- Lubricate moving parts as required
- Inspect & test for refrigerant leaks (if necessary)
- Test condensate pump (if applicable)
- Check electrical connections
- Test capacitor(s)
- Measure air temperature differential
- Monitor refrigerant pressure
- Measure amperage(s) and voltage(s)

- Clean blower motor & wheel

- Adjust blower components
- Lubricate moving parts as required
- Test and adjust safety controls
- Check electrical connections

- Inspect & test electrical heating elements

- Check defrost controls
- Inspect auxiliary heaters
